M&E Site Supervisor

Our client is a market leading building services contractor who specialise in Mechanical and Electrical service, design and maintenance throughout commercial properties such as MOD buildings, offices, retail and leisure.

The M&E Site Supervisor will be required to travel nationwide, however the majority of the work will be throughout the midlands and Oxfordshire.

• Salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
• Company van with optional personal use
• Mon - Fri 8 - 5
• Travel paid one way

M&E Site Supervisor Position Overview

As a M&E Site Supervisor you will be managing a team of mechanical/electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work and be able to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution on government contracts with values of up to £4m.

• SSSTS
• Asbestos Awareness
• Proven experience supervising mechanical/electrical aspects of sites
• Able to pass an enhance DBS check
• Be able to pass stringent security checks.
• Willingness to travel
• Occasional staying away
