Licensing Manager

This role can be based in any of our office locations: London, Manchester, York, Bristol, Birmingham & Glasgow.

The Licensing team carries out ORR's licensing function, ensuring that operators of railway assets are licensed on a proportionate, equal and consistent basis, with no misalignment of obligations. Our work includes dealing with applications for licences and exemptions, or the regulation of activities where already licensed.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week.

Regional office salary range: £52,867 - £58,386.

London office salary range: £57,114 - £62,698.
