-7+ years experience within London Market insurance.
-Experience managing capacity.
-Proven in thriving within B2B settings with targets.
-Prospecting, lead generation and negotiation.
-Experience with stakeholder management up to C-Suite.
-Experience developing junior team members.
-Clear communicator and personable relationship builder.
