Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent onexperience (notpro-rata)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Purpose of theJob

As a dynamic and motivatedqualified Teacher, you already have a passion for making adifference in the lives of pupils and young people. In this role,you will have every opportunity to live up to this ambition,responding to the needs of each individual as you help themflourish and thrive.

You will plan and deliverengaging learning on a daily basis, developing exciting andinnovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in theclassroom. Working as a Teacher with us is not your averageteaching role. Our class sizes are small, so you are able to createa nurturing learning environment designed around each individual'sneeds, spending quality time with each pupil. You will observe,monitor and assess them, making sure their personal development andwellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.

• Participate in Safeguarding and TeamTeach training and always be vigilant of the pupils' well-being andwelfare in any interactions with pupils

• Responsibility for teaching Geography

• Inspire,motivate and challenge pupils in the delivery of the curriculumacross the year groups

• Take responsibility and be accountable for theacademic outcomes of pupils taught

• Contribute to the pastoral care of pupils andsupport their spiritual, moral, social and culturaldevelopment
