Salary: £120 - £190 per day. Dependent on experience & responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers and managing behaviour to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.

Adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience of teaching across multiple subjects and year groups.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
