Providing efficient 'right first time' repairs and maintenance services to their properties is their focus.They are looking for an Electrician to join a property services team covering the Basingstoke area. This role involves time on the road, so we will provide you with a van and fuel card.

Responsibilities:

Routine testing and repairs of electrical services equipment in customers' homes

Responsive repairs and planned works in line with schedules and regulations

Estimate, requisition, and recommend materials and spares

Record and report on the status and condition of electrical services equipment

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role within the Residential/Housing sector

Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), 18th Edition (BS7671), and City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect

Additional Information:

Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for call out and overtime

Must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience

Subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and a basic disclosure

Liaise with both internal and external customers
