Chief Operations Officer
Finitas Amsterdam, North Netherlands (Hybrid)
Our client is a market leading provider of electronic trading solutions for the FX markets. Due to international expansion, they are now establishing a presence in Amsterdam and applying for their EU MTF license.
Applicants must be Dutch National or Dutch resident. Please note this role can NOT offer work visa transfer or sponsorship.
Requirements:
* The post holder must be Dutch National or Dutch resident.
* Knowledge of FX and e-trading settlement systems and procedures
* Understanding of key regulatory aspects of MTF and ATS regimes
* Ability to adjust communication style to the audience using technical terminology and business acumen as appropriate.
* Strong knowledge of the onboarding life cycle for e-trading venues
* Experience working with major vendors (eg ION, CRD, Aladdin, Bloomberg)
* Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to identify inefficiencies and work towards streamlining and automating those processes.
* Track record of dealing with high profile tier 1 clients and business critical projects
