This recently has resulted in an major increase in work which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this amazing opportunity.In this role you will have a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects in the sectors mentioned above. You will be You will be working on a variety of different type of projects using Revit to produce technical drawings in a shared model environment. As well as creating various wall penetration and similar models. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will also be involved in creating production drawings for the factory.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated candidate from an architectural background with strong building knowledge or someone with a strong Revit experience, as well as having some experience in working in a shared model environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate from an BIM or architectural background to join a growing yet established construction company where you'll work on a mixture of projects, all whilst having great support on further development and clear progression to Design Manager.The Role:

• Working on a variety of projects in the Residential, Public and Commercial environment
• Producing Technical drawings and designs
• Based in their office in Gort
• Great opportunity for further technical development and progression

The Person:

• BIM Technician or from an Architectural background
• Proven experience in the Construction industry
• Some experience in Revit, training can be provided
• Commutable distance to their office in Gort
