Contract type: Permanent, 30 hours per week, shifts falling between 6am and 11pm.

Our café is the beating heart of our store. Situated on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street location, it's a bustling place where we serve high quality Italian coffee, tea, freshly prepared pastries, and ice cream. As one of our Baristas, you will use manual coffee machines and craft amazing drinks for our loyal customers. The café is in partnership with Illy, Eataly's official coffee supplier across Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks.
• Provide guests with exceptional service and product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description.
• Cover the tills as needed, taking orders and processing payments.
• Ensuring the cafè is fully stocked with all needed items.

REQUIREMENTS

Please note that shifts for this role will fall between 6am and 11pm and as such we will require flexibility to cover shifts between these times. We don't offer set shifts so successful candidates must be available flexibly.

Previous experience working with a manual coffee machines is a key requirement for this role.
