A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Associate Supervisor (f/m/d) at Installation & Service department, you will partner with project managers and regional teams worldwide to install equipment from MSD portfolio. In this role, you will report to the Installation & Service Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Setting up installation site and installing MSD equipment according to technical requirement
- Assigning the team (internal & external team members) and providing technical support during work execution
- Act as a Safety Responsible Leader (SLR), ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team
- Adherence to the specified budget and deadlines, organization of schedule coordination
- Weekly reporting on work progress, special incidents, and similar matters
- Travel Requirements: Up to 95 % of Travel is required.
- Skilled Worker, completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or electrician
- Several years of professional experience as a deputy assembly manager, team leader, or similar roles
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Material knowledge in the steel and plastics sector
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Personal Skills:
- Result-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
- Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
