Your new roleAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the senior surveyors in managing all costs related to building projects, from initial estimates to final figures. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents, performing cost analysis, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in COINS software is preferred.
• A degree in a related field is also preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
