SALARY: Negotiable Dependant on Experience + Benefits
LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (PR2) - 100% office based
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
BENEFITS: 25 Annual Leave, plus 8 Days Bank Holiday and Pension

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Operations Assistantwho has a good general office administration background and experience using Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams) with excellent data entry / data input, attention to detail, communication, organisational, time-management and administrative skills.
Working as the Administrator / Operations Assistant you will join the Operations Team onsite to assist with tasks such as preparing timesheets and carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team.
As the Administrator / Operations Assistant you will also be responsible for assisting the Manager with daily business operations and challenges.

DUTIES
Your duties as an Administrator / Operations Assistant will include:
- Assist the Manager with daily business operations and challenges
- Liaise with different departments within the company
- Manage any correspondence and emails to resolve queries and escalate when required
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor operations and proactively recommend suggestions for improvement
- Prepare timesheets to ensure accurate payroll
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills to efficiently process high volumes of data and information
