We are working with a well-respected school in Bedford that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive educational environment, making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

• Contract: Full-time, term-time only

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology (or related field).
• A genuine interest in working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience working with SEN children is a plus but not essential - passion and dedication are what matter most!
