️ Role overview :

We believe Social Commerce to be the future of marketplaces and it requires creative and unique ways for us to sell our brand partners' products. With the rise of TikTok Shop in the UK we are seeking a digital native who is willing to lead and develop our affiliate marketing strategy on the platform. As a TikTok approved partner, we need somebody to shape our community and affiliate management scheme for some of the UK's most exciting brands. You'll be in charge of Identifying, sourcing, and establishing partnerships with relevant content creators and influencers across TikTok shop and developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration. You get to create our affiliate marketing strategy and watch it come to life.

Both Founders have significant experience in the world of marketplaces from their time at some of the world's largest Consumer Brands and Amazon. What you're good at:

  • TikTok native.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns and building relationships with content creators.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
