You must be based in Belgium or willing to relocate

You will be part of the Data Protection tribe tribe who is organized into three closely collaborating squads:

  1. Data Protection Governance defining strategy, standards, and policies,
  2. Data Protection Engineering providing technical solutions and tools,
  3. IT Data Management supporting data classification and GDPR compliance.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Manage incoming requests (handle the intake process for various initiatives) putting into perspective the capacity required to deliver, ensure its adequacy to meet delivery needs.
  • Facilitate the collaboration: work closely with clients, data protection experts and other teams to match customer needs with our services and solutions.
  • Streamline the delivery: refine impacts, dependencies, estimates and priorities to improve the quality and predictability of our deliverables. Keep up to date the backlog of run activities.
  • Engage in activities: gather inputs from different parties, manage issues, find solutions and workarounds, support the team in the production of deliverables, Maintain the documentation repository.
  • Control the quality of deliverables ensuring they meet the requirements, follow the guidelines and standards, including documentation of technical solutions, contribute to production of the deliverables
  • Monitor and report: Monitor SLA fulfilment, customer satisfaction and issues, report to steering committees and governance bodies, produce the reporting documents.
  • Produce attestations: leverage your knowledge and collaborate with Data Protection experts to produce and review attestations required by regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain the service catalogue: update the service catalogue to ensure it is easily understandable and clearly demonstrates its value to the clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by working with stakeholders and team members to identify new needs, requirements and gaps to help enhance our services in collaboration with the Scrum Master who oversees the change.
