Salary: Up to£42,200.00 per annum dependant onexperience/qualifications
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am -4pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As part of our continuedgrowth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an SEN Teacher tojoin our close-knit team at Papworth Hall School, part ofOptions Autism.
About therole
You will be a passionate teacherand a great communicator, as comfortable talking to pupils as youare with contributing to the school's vision anddirection.
Our schools are unique environments,each one having its own special atmosphere and range ofopportunities and resources. Our Teachers enjoy becoming part oftheir school's 'family', exploring the potential of the buildingand environment and getting to know the brilliant pupils in ourcare.
You will enjoy building these caringrelationships as well as liaising with fellow professionals,whether they are colleagues in the same school or they work in thepupil's previous educational establishments.
Youwill have excellent written English skills too, along with apassion for working in collaboration with other members of ourmultidisciplinary team, sharing information in both formal andinformal situations.
Toensure a capable learning environment where pupils thrive, havetheir needs met and have access to positive interactions and tosecure high quality teaching through effective use of resources andplanning.
To organisepersonalised learning activities and experiences which aredifferentiated to meet the individual needs and levels ofachievement of each pupil.
To be responsible for planning, tracking,evaluating, assessing and reporting the teaching and learning ofpupils.
Writing andupdating Individual Outcomes
To supervise, develop and manage TeachingAssistants relevant to their responsibilities.
To liaise with parents, carers, and externalagencies as appropriate.

PapworthHall School is located in the picturesque village inCambridgeshire. It is within close proximity to Huntingdon andCambridge. Our new specialist school caters for pupils withcomplex communication needs, autism and associated learning andemotional needs and has the capacity forc30 students.
