Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Manager, Business Process Outsourcing, to join a commercially successful global biopharmaceutical company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Procurement Manager, Business Process Outsourcing, you will lead the integration of the outsourcing partner for supplier information management and risk assessment activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Procurement Manager, Business Process Outsourcing, you will lead the integration of the outsourcing partner for supplier information management and risk assessment activities.
- Coordination with the outsourcing company to ensure seamless integration and cooperation with internal processes.
- Oversight of the daily operations of the procurement BPO, analyzing key performance metrics and ensuring adherence to service levels and quality standards.
- Working closely with BPO Accounting Senior Director to ensure alignment with activities, agree on value add activities and work to remove redundancies in the process.
- Responsibility for the vendor management processes within Coupa, aligning with business objectives to streamline vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Leveraging Coupa s analytics and reporting features to identify areas for process optimization, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and value within vendor management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
As Procurement Manager, Business Process Outsourcing you will require:
- Proven procurement / category management experience, including the management of outsourced activities.
- Knowledge of Coupa and SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and/or other design programs/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and tools- eagerness to continue improving technical skills and capabilities.
- Strong process and time management skills- ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, complex environment with conflicting demands.
