AtParadigm Housing Group, we are seeking a Procurement & ContractManager to help shape our procurement and contract managementpractices, ensuring we deliver exceptional value for our customersand stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead keyinitiatives, embed best practices, and make a meaningful impact ina collaborative and forward-thinkingorganisation.

What You'll BeDoing:

  • Developing andimplementing sourcing strategies alongside Category Managers toensure quality, value, and compliance in procurement.
  • Leading and improving utilities contract management toachieve cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Implementing a robust Contract Management Standard todeliver outstanding performance outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholdersand external suppliers, driving collaboration andinnovation.
  • Embedding Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards across allcontracts.
  • Transforming utilities processes,managing energy contracts, and driving improvements for the benefitof customers.
  • Supporting the Head ofProcurement with supplier risk management, training delivery, andcomplianceauditing.

What You'llBring:

  • Extensiveprocurement experience in the Public sector
  • Strong expertise in contract and supplier relationshipmanagement, risk mitigation, and change implementation.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost-savingdelivery, and quality improvement.
  • Exceptionalrelationship-building skills with senior stakeholders andsuppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office,including advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivottables).
  • Analytical, proactive, and innovativeapproach to problem-solving.
  • CIPSqualification (or equivalent experience)preferred.
