Part time PA / Office Manager
Part time PA with Office Management - 25 hours per week: £27-28K for the part-time hours plus benefits
Part time PA / Office Manager to support in an all-encompassing role for a fun, busy team. This is a part-time role - 25 hours per week, spread across either 4 or 5 days in this company's office (City).
A growing and well-funded business whose clients are in the insurance world; you will work closely with the COO and be a real 'go-to' for the company as well as their investors and clients. Duties will include:
- supporting the Execs with PA work including diaries / travel
- client and supplier liaison
- people / HR support work
- creating board packs plus arranging events
- supporting the sales team with new client proposals
- assisting across business operations
Based in open-plan offices in the City - this is a 9-month maternity cover role which could be extended. Part time role over 4-5 days per week; due to the nature of your duties this is an office-based role.
Salary: £27-28K for 25 hours per week plus pension and medical
