Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Handle phone calls and email correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Conduct tours for prospective tenants to support sales efforts.
  • Manage mail distribution and oversee outgoing correspondence.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs for a smooth transition.
  • Prepare and send invoices, maintaining accuracy and punctuality.
  • Undertake minor procurement tasks as necessary.
  • Perform various office and site tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Initiative and adeptness at problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Preference for candidates residing locally in Send, Ripley, Woking, or Guildford.
