Multi-Trade Operative Kettering, Northamptonshire Up to £26 p/hr + Company Van

Your new role: Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Northamptonshire (working on void properties, social housing)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime optional when needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a core trade and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen fitting
• Installing doors and skirting boards
• Performing various minor works as required, leaking taps, silconing bathrooms, etc

Requirements:

• Preferably a multi-skilled joiner, but strong multi-trade operatives in any bias are welcome
• Level 2 qualification/ City & Guilds in a core trade is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience working on void properties in a social housing context is a plus.

Payment Types:

• PAYE or Umbrella
• We do not pay CIS
