Job Description
Maintenance Manager - Urgent

Maintenance ManagerThe successful candidate will provide tactical and operational maintenance management of all mechanical, electrical, and fabric assets.
Duties:

  • Leading the in house maintenance team of 4
  • Lead the primary Facilities Maintenance contractor, and all specialist/general contractors
  • Plan, co-ordinate, and deliver facilities maintenance in accordance with the strategy, and in line with annual budgets and Service Level Agreements

    • Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Facilities Manager in the management of all building/site technical/maintenance matters.
  • Manage the in-house maintenance team
  • To deliver quality services in a timely fashion, and in line with all SLAs

    • Requirements/skills/experience:
  • Strong people management skills
  • An experienced technician/engineer, with strong knowledge of all areas of building/site maintenance
  • Minimum of three years' experience of managing teams
  • Excellent knowledge of H&S in the workplace
