Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for an exciting opportunity within a reputable law firm? We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to join our client's Private Client team based in Birmingham. You will be working in office, Mon-Fri between 9am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department.
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and manage file administration.
• Handle client queries and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Organise travel arrangements, conferences, and any necessary bookings.
• Prepare bills and manage expense claims.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with file management.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Private Client, Wills, Trusts, or Probate.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
• A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
