We are seeking to appoint a number of ambitious and enthusiastic Learning Mentors to join our incredible and dedicated team at Tamworth Enterprise College.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is skilled in Maths and / or English who has the ability and enthusiasm to support our pupils with their learning and progress in these subjects. The role provides great flexibility for candidates to choose their hours to fit around other commitments (between 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday). This could be a great stepping stone for anybody looking to progress their career in the education sector.

You are somebody who has:

  • A GCSE 5+ or C+ in English.
  • The communication skills to support student learning.
  • Ability to breakdown topics and simplify them to support learner understanding.

About our school.

At Tamworth Enterprise College we are on an exciting journey to make our students and staff as happy and successful as possible.
We have shaped our school day at TEC to enable all staff to access CPD over 3 non-contact mornings per week, our curriculum and assessment are designed to ensure that staff have a good work/life balance with the school day being 8.20am-3.20pm and not beyond.

We have even built enrichment for all students into the school day so that everyone can access the 26 clubs that we offer.

The role is due to commence ASAP This is a casual position.
