Lead Product Owner

We are looking for a Lead Product Owner for Digital Channels Personal Banking, you will play a high-impact role by providing vision and delivering a seamless digital experience for clients through owned channels such as Internet Banking and a mobile app.

You will lead 7 teams across 3 product areas, collaborating with product owners to define and execute product backlogs. Additionally, you will have HR responsibility for approximately 4 to 8 product owners or business developers. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, broad knowledge, and the ability to align roadmaps with various other product and client-focused teams.

As part of the Digital Channels team, you'll contribute to initiating, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing digital journeys for consumers. This team plays a central role in shaping the vision and strategy for the organization's digital transformation. Working as part of the leadership team, alongside Grid Owners, UX Leads, and IT Leads, you'll help drive the organization's digital ambitions.

The team consists of approximately 450 professionals from over 20 nationalities. The working language is English, and employees operate in a hybrid environment, combining work from home with time at the office in Amsterdam.
