Job Description

Functieomschrijving

As KU & Analyst Customer Service you are responsible for maintaining and improving the OTC (Order To Cash) process for the X-segment BENELUX/ITR Supply Chain cluster. In this function you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the Logistics Customer Collaboration Team and will be providing insights for the team to improve Customer Satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for ad hoc system questions and long term optimalization of the OTC business process. You are part of the KU community where, together with the functional expert, you will improve the OTC process and build strong digital capabilities.

Working within a hybrid model, we expect 2 days a week (on average) home site attendance.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Logistics Customer Collaboration Support and Knowledge Management:

• Primary point of contact for Trade Logistics Coordinator inquiries and support, including partnering with DT to ensure resolution of systems issues/bugs.

• Develop, maintain and deliver training to Trade Logistics Coordinators

Governance (Business process and analysis)

• Responsible of OTC BENELUX/ITR process

• Support the X-segment Customer Service team by creating reports and analysis on Supply Chain KPI's

Change Management (CIPs/New Capabilities)

• Raises CIPs/tickets to improve the quality of the OTC process or any system related issues

• Improve the OTC process by increasing the level of digitalization and touchless rate through EDI/ESKER implementation and maintenance (creation of requests, testing & validation against business requirements, implementation in the Logistics Customer Collaboration team )

• Support new route to market or order management, e.g. D2C delivery, VMI

Functie-eisen

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or IT Systems or equivalent in Supply Chain, or related subject area is desirable

• Experience in Sales, Supply or DT/Business partnership preferred

• Experience with SAP is a must

• Experience with Power Platforms (Apps, PowerAutomate, PBI) and advanced Excel preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and experience in Training facilitation preferred. Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a nice to have.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months that can be carried out on the basis of a project contract via Yacht.

Hybrid working is possible, minumum 2 days per week at the office. In a testing phase 3 days per week is required
