About the Role:
Are you passionate about shaping a company's future and creating an exceptional workplace? Join the EFI Group as an HR Assistant and play a key role in supporting our exciting growth journey! This dynamic role will provide proactive, customer focused, and efficient administrative support to the HR team. The post holder will work closely with the Recruitment team and HR Advisors & Managers.
If you want a career within HR and are highly organised with experience adeptly managing demanding business critical priorities this could be the role for you. We are a collaborative team dedicated to supporting individual development and progression.
About You:
- You will have worked in a fast-paced office environment juggling priorities and managing an ever-changing workload.
- You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
- You will be a natural collaborator with well-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience as an HR administrator is desirable as well as having a level 3 CIPD qualification.

Salary:
£26,650 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
