HR Advisdor - London - 2/3 days on site - Supportting circa 1500 - Employee Lifecycle support

My marekt leading client are looking for an HR Advisor for an initial 6 month contract supporting full employee life cycle query resolution via live channels eg chat and case management.

Examples queries include:

• Life event queries (how to, when, where)
• Time and attendance queries (how to, what type, when)
• Reward, performance and compensation queries
• Coaching line managers through employee relations queries
• Providing exit guidance
