Head of Quality Governance

We are working exclusively with a specialist care and education provider based in the Northwest, who are looking to create the role of Head of Quality Governance from January 2025.

The aim of the role is:

• Practical support for school improvement
• Strengthen quality governance arrangements
• Deliver exceptional support for the development of new school buildings, from planning to registration with Ofsted
• Deputise for the Executive Lead for Education in the case of any absence

Candidates must have experience of:

• Working in a senior educational role
• Experience in writing and amending policy and structure formulation, implementation, evaluation, and review.
• Responsibility for key areas in alignment with quality assurance, improvement, and governance
• Understanding of the latest research/statuary and regulatory changes and how to implement it in context to achieve maximum impact
