Experimentation Lead - Inside IR35 - London 1 day per week - £550 per day

RecOps is recruiting for an Experimentation Lead for a leading client. This role requires someone who has experience in Experimentation. Conversion rate optimisation (CRO), AB Testing or Multivariate testing (MVT) is very advantageous. This is a 6-12 month contract Inside IR35 with a likely extension and is paying £550 per day. The role will be hybrid, with travel to London once per week.

Required Technical Skills;-

• 7+ years experience with statistical analysis and tools like Excel, R, or Python
• 5+ years experience in designing experiments, including A/B testing and randomized controlled trials, and an understanding of experimental design principles
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and test them using statistical methods as well as testing tools
• Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Project management: experience in project management and ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously
• Business acumen: understanding of business objectives and ability to align experimentation goals with these objectives
• Attention to detail: detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy when analysing data and designing experiments
