Therefore we must provide top tier customer & agent facing applications to facilitate self service and smoother follow-up of contacts. Furthermore we must keep our billing fast and efficient while integrating new services.

The IT landscape to achieve these goals is defined by the Enterprise Architect.

Mission

• You support the IT management in defining Luminus IT architecture strategies based on medium to long term needs, best practices in the market, and EDF Group guidelines
• You coordinate the Solution Architect and Infrastructure Architect in validating delivery choices and ensure compliance of projects/applications with overall architecture guidelines
• You ensure that the solutions effectively and efficiently support customer and business requirements
• You provide solution architectures across multiple technology domains on various accounts & projects in line with the IT strategy

• You bear end-to-end responsibility for end to end architecture of multiple IT domains
• You determine & monitor domain principles
• You are responsible for formulating recommendations on techical debt reduction, convergence and cost efficiency
• You monitor the implementation of the Architecture Runway and it's enabling initiatives
• You direct a Community of Practice, coach them and help them develop, by transferring knowledge, giving feedback, challenging and identifying areas for improvement
• You carry out the above tasks in consultation with the director EA, business stakeholders, vendor management, purchasing, etc.
