The Master and Governors of Haileybury are pleased to invite applications for the role of Director of Domestic and International Partnerships. Founded in 1862 and located within a 500-acre woodland campus in Hertfordshire, Haileybury is a leading co-educational boarding and day school for over 900 pupils aged 11 to 18. Haileybury empowers all of its pupils by combining academic learning with a rich co-curricular offering in a caring environment, underpinned by strong pastoral care. A Haileybury education is open-minded and forward-looking, preparing pupils for their future endeavours and for life as successful global citizens. Haileybury is a growing family of schools and currently operates four international partner schools in Kazakhstan, Bangladesh and Malta. Reporting to the Master, the Director of Domestic and International Partnerships will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationship between Haileybury and its domestic and international partner schools. They will also develop and deliver the strategy for further overseas collaborations, partnerships and growth, as well as capitalise on educational and commercial opportunities in the domestic market. The successful candidate will be commercially and financially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working internationally, preferably in a school environment.
