Job Description

We re delighted to support Stroke Association with the recruitment of the Digital Marketing Lead, a role that will drive strategy and implementation of digital marketing activity.

Location: Remote
Contract: Full-time, 12-month FTC (good probability of going permanent)
Salary: £46,831

Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and collaboratively with the wider digital team, the Digital Marketing Lead will manage a team of four. This team will aim to optimise Stroke Association s digital marketing across PPC, social media, display ads, SMS, email marketing and other online channels with a main focus on driving awareness of fundraising activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • You will help to lead on, manage and perform A/B testing, use email marketing software and web management platforms to measure the success of campaigns.
  • You will manage cross functional team budgets to gain donations, awareness and fundraising.
  • You will produce performance reports/dashboards to track click rates, conversion, unsubscribes and other metrics.
  • You will produce, create and give feedback on creative assets and set briefs.
  • You will own the entire paid digital, email and SMS marketing strategy.
  • You will work collaboratively within the lifecycle team, as well as with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Data, Website, Content, Development and Design.
  • You will help to ensure that the overall digital marketing experience is inspiring, engaging, accurate and inspires action for all users whilst ensuring alignment across all the supporter touchpoints.
