About the Organisation

Our client is a membership organisation. As an Investors in People (IIP) Gold accredited organisation, they are committed to supporting their employees who play a vital role in supporting their members.

They are now looking for a Content Producer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Content Producer, you will be building technical conferences and training programmes designed for our client's community.

Specifically, you will develop research-driven event programmes, that deliver technical knowledge and drive attendance, and a portfolio of CPD training that meets the evolving needs of members.

Producing events and training programmes, you will conduct in-depth research with technical committees and special interest groups to identify critical challenges, source high-value speakers, and develop engaging programmes.

Working with trainers to develop top-tier CPD training content for members, you will build engaging, highly technical programmes that support members in boosting their skills and knowledge.

Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support events and training promotion and delivery
- Conduct thorough research interviews with industry professionals, both virtually and in person

About You

To be considered as a Content Producer, you will need:

- Strong research skills with the ability to conduct in-depth interviews
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound interpersonal skills and a professional, diplomatic approach
- The ability to rapidly acquire knowledge on highly technical topics
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
