Job Description
Unsted Park School are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and passionate Clinical Psychologist (ASC Specialist Education Provision) to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or a newly qualified practitioner, who will have the opportunity to work closely with our therapists and other professionals, providing support to students.

Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to support the unique needs of each child, ensuring they thrive both academically and emotionally. Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurodiversity, including expertise anxiety, ADHD, and Gender Dysphoria and other conditions related to ASD including Food/ Eating disorders . You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic support to our students, while working closely with educators, therapists, and families to create tailored interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to students dealing with neurodiversity-related challenges.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for each student.
Offer training and support to staff on best practices for working with neurodiverse students.
Engage with families to provide guidance and resources for home support.
Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in clinical psychology and neurodiversity.
Qualifications:
Masters Clinical Psychology (or equivalent).
HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with neurodiversity, eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and gender dysphoria.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
