On behalf of on our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a BTP PO Consultant to join an ongoing project. The initial contract is for 6 months with excellent extension opportunities.

Location Krakov, Poland

Hybrid role: Krakow, Poland (2 days on-site). Remote can be discuss.

Language: English must. Polish or Spanish (bonus)

Technical Expertise in SAP BTP
* Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities, including:
o Extension Suite: Developing custom applications and Fiori extensions.
o Integration Suite: Building and managing APIs, integrations, and workflows.
o Data and Analytics Suite: Leveraging SAP DataSphere, data pipelines, and data modelling.
o Security and Identity Management: Configuring authentication, authorization, and security settings.
* Proficiency in developing and managing cloud-native applications and microservices on BTP.
* Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and API Management tools.

Project Management
* Proven experience leading SAP-related projects, particularly those involving new platform deployments or migrations.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning.

Platform Maturity and Governance
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement platform governance policies.
* Knowledge of industry best practices for platform performance, scalability, and compliance.

Team Leadership
* Experience managing small teams, mentoring individuals, and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Ability to align team efforts with strategic objectives and project priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Certifications:
o SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP Extension Developer.
o SAP Certified Application Associate - Integration Suite.
o Relevant cloud certifications (eg, Azure, AWS, GCP) are a plus.
* Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in SAP environments, including BTP-specific implementations.
o Familiarity with SmartDOC, Group Reporting, and other SAP tools is a plus.
o Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish or Spanish is a plus.
