About the Role

Seeking a skilled nCino/Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build and maintain robust financial solutions on the nCino platform within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, nCino configurations, and expertise in Visual Studio, using the Salesforce plugin.

*It is Essential that a candidate has previous experience in AutoRABIT for deployment.*

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize nCino solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform.

Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.

Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.

Use Visual Studio Code with the Salesforce plugin to manage and deploy code.

Customize nCino Bank Operating System using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

Perform data migrations using Data Loader and ETL tools.

Debug, test, and optimize performance for Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.

Collaborate with business analysts and admins to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Stay updated on Salesforce and nCino best practices and new features.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Experience

2+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura).

Experience with nCino development and configurations.

Experience with the deployment and support of managed packages on salesforce platform

Proficiency in Visual Studio Code with the Salesforce plugin.

Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrations.

Understanding of Salesforce security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).

Experience with CI/CD tools like Salesforce DX, Git, or Copado.

Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred).

nCino Developer or Admin Certification (a plus).

Nice-to-have Skills

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.

Knowledge of financial services, lending workflows, and banking operations.

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud services for integrations.
